Terms of use
Last updated 2026-10-12. By using https://receiptaudit.com or its API you agree to these terms.
What the results mean
Receipt Audit reports signals, each with its reason, and a risk score. It doesn't decide that a receipt is fraudulent and can be wrong both ways. Don't reject a claim, refund or reimbursement on the score alone: have a person or your own policy review high-risk results.
Your files
Only submit receipts you have the right to process. Don't submit documents that aren't receipts or invoices.
API keys, agents and credits
An AI agent may create an account and key for you. Whoever claims the account (by paying from its claim link) owns it and is responsible for how its keys are used, including by agents. Credits are prepaid, non-refundable once spent, and don't expire. Checks that fail because we couldn't read the file are refunded automatically.
Fair use
Don't try to reverse the duplicate network, flood it with fake submissions, or get around the free limits with many keys. We may suspend keys that do.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
